Summary/Abstract: The paper presents the subject of regional policy supporting the implementation and improvements of sustainable development of companies based on voluntarily obligation on the example of Lubuskie region 2005-2011. It includes among others part of results of regional strategic documents as well as financial instruments of their implementation in the aspect of practical application and the results of own research of Lubuskie entrepreneurs in the period 2005-2011 using pro-ecological systems based on voluntary obligation.
