Summary/Abstract: Team building had been used in our region during the last decade to improve teamwork in organizations. In this paper we describe team building as a organizational form of education and consider its potential for strengthening and changing organizational culture. The survey showed that team building has the potential to realize the aims that transcend individual performance of organizational teams and may broader implications, especially regarding its impact on organizational culture.
