A NEW PARADIGM CHANGE IN WORLD STRATEGY - THE ARCTIC WAR -

Summary/Abstract: The global strategy focuses on access to the natural resources of other countries, as it has been in all ages throughout history. Strong states seek to gain monopoly access to the natural resources of other states and territories using the complex military, political, or economic means. In order to avoid direct confrontation between strong competitors, in the current " post-cold war" era there are many armed conflicts, which make a "cold peace". Most of them take place on the territory of "third world" states that have natural resources, while the participants assert their capacity for military power and solidarity within the alliance, as well as the interoperability of forces.
