Summary/Abstract: The emergence of the society based on information has enabled citizens to solve their problems with the local authorities through a system that ensures protection, transparency and a faster problem-settling. Through the computerization of public services a link is set between local authorities and citizens and this allows a faster and cheaper resolution of the citizens’ requests.
