Summary/Abstract: Training specialists in the field of data security and security administrators for the information systems represents a significant priority demanded by both governmental environments and the central and local administrations, as well as by the private sector - companies, banks. They are responsible for implementing information services and systems, but they are also their beneficiaries, with applicability in fields such as: e-government, eadministration, e-banking, e-commerce, e-payment, where the role of communication and computer technology and the Internet is extremely important.
