Summary/Abstract: Organizational conflict as is considered legitimate and inevitable and may constitute a positive indicator of effective organizational management. This paper aims to analyse the legal provisions which establish the alternative dispute resolution methods and procedures regarding the individual labour conflicts through conciliation and mediation.
