THE SOCIALIZATION PROCESS IN MILITARY ORGANIZATIONS

Summary/Abstract: The purpose of the article is to present the concept of socialization in organizations, the stages of the socialization process and the theoretical approach to socialization. At the same time, the article particularizes the ways of achieving the professional socialization of the military, the dependence on assuming and assigning roles and the images of the military about these roles. It also addresses the connections between professional socialization and private and civic socialization and the dependence of the real role on the professional and social skills of the military.
