Value tickets – major changes from the start of 2022

Summary/Abstract: The publication of Emergency Ordinance No. 130/2021 concerning some fiscal-budgetary measures, extension of some terms, as well as for the modification of some normative acts (hereinafter referred to as “OUG 130/2021”) was not a surprise for many companies, as a draft law on the cancelation of certain tax obligations was already being debated. Thus, at the end of 2021, the Government published the long-awaited ordinance with legislative changes which have a major impact on value tickets.
