Summary/Abstract: The concept of communication is a very complex one and it has been approached, in time, from several points of view, leading to a wide range of definitions and particularities. All these various definitions imply connotations and particularities, but, in the end, they come to meet in two major points, since communications implies 2 compulsory levels: that of the interpersonal relation and that of information. From a psychological point of view, communication represents a relation between at least two persons, the one who sends the message containing the information and the one who receives it. From a sociological point of view, communication consists of the means ensuring the transmission of the information. A good communication means that, in the end, the receiver gets and understands the message sent by the other part, but there are many conditions to be fulfilled in order to have an accurate process of sending and receiving the information.
