Summary/Abstract: The level of civilization of any human community implies taking into account several aspects, out of which one of the most relevant is the degree in which the cultural activities are part of that community's life. The present paper aims to reveal how much the Mureş City Council was involved in supporting the cultural life across this county in the 2016-2020 term, seriously affected by the Covid-19 pandemic.
