Summary/Abstract: The article deals with some specific problems connected with considering of condition of self-defence, which are demonstrates on some movie sequences with famous actor Bruce Willis. The attention is focused i.e. on the question, if it is possible to injure other person than attacker himself in the self-defence (for example if it is possible to injure so called „alive shield“), or on the options of privileged sanctioning of person who exceeded the limits of self-defence.
