From People Enlighten to Permanent Education

Summary/Abstract: The Enlightenment made important changes in European nations spiritual evolution. It created some special senses to some words, such as: human nature, progress, freedom, happiness, evolution etc. Romanians were always in close connection with the cultural movements that took part in Europe. In this way, during the revolution of 1848 /49, Romanian political leaders tried to establish a better communication with the people; we have to mention - according to this idea - their attempts to create a newspaper, in order to facilitate information spreading. The most important aspect, or idea, that became wide known and accepted in those times, was that the only chance to make headway was to give the people the possibility to learn, to be educated. And all the leaders worked in this way.
