Summary/Abstract: This article focuses on counterfeiting offenses committed by some persons who commit such offenses to conceal the fact that they are not vaccinated or take advantage of those who are not vaccinated and want to procure such documents in exchange for money. In the case of forgery, the social value that criminal law protects is public trust in things that have the legal authority to prove.
