Summary/Abstract: The use of the Internet as a tool to strengthen old and build new business spaces popularized the operation of virtual organizations. In their area, human capital is accumulated in virtual teams, which during the Covid-19 pandemic play a special role in the way most enterprises operate. In this article, we will answer the question what competencies should employees of virtual teams have. To achieve this goal, the information obtained from individual in-depth interviews with managers will be used.
