Summary/Abstract: The article presents the problem of economic activity using cryptocurrencies. When cryptocurrency trading is a business and when it is not – the article is an attempt to resolve this problem and many others related to this issue. It is an analysis of the legal regulations necessary to protect trading in cryptocurrencies.
