Summary/Abstract: In the era of turbulent and less predictable environment, each organization seeks solutions to increase efficiency, effectiveness and reduce waste to achieve competitive advantage. Lean Management seems to be a concept that can be used in the improvement of any organization. However, there is a research gap regarding the use of this concept by law firms, and this preliminary study allowed to determine the scope of application of Lean Management. Besides, research problems requiring solutions were formulated.
