Summary/Abstract: Sustainable development of enterprises requires a balanced approach to creating and using capitals. Discrimination, which is prohibited by law, can have a destructive impact on the use of human capital and therefore, the effectiveness of ventures undertaken. Although there are many different studies on organisational pathologies, there is an obvious need to analyse the phenomenon of discrimination as a type of corporate pathology from a normative perspective. The study allows determining the undertakings that should be implemented in the organisation to prevent discrimination effectively. Besides, this study allowed to identify the research problem that needs to be solved during further in-depth scientific research: to what extent the phenomena of discrimination and public ethnocentrism are the same.
