Summary/Abstract: Transhumanism promotes the human condition in the 21st century, which is sometimes referredto as the vanguard of the information society. There is no single universally accepted definitionof AI, as it is formed by numerous processes from many fields of science and social life. Humanbeings are the creators of AI processes, so they should be oriented towards the well-being ofevery human being and respect for values in which dignity is the most important. China wantsto become a superpower of AI, whereas in Europe artificial intelligence is associated with theEuropean Green Deal and the reconstruction of the EU after Covid 19. The purpose of the articleis to present (in political-legal perspective) the problem of security associated with AI processesin the XXI century, which constitute the philosophical panorama of our civilization. The articleundertakes a hermeneutic method, since the development of artificial intelligence still awaitsinterpretation. In addition, the method of constructivism has been applied, as it allows to studycontemporary AI processes, in relation to their impact on human rights. Autonomous humanprocesses of social life are a combination of capital and science, which should be characterizedby: thinking, intelligence and subtlety, which is a guarantee of security. The danger of AI processesis related to the dehumanization of human beings. The technologization of these processesis present in all areas of life of the 21st century community.
