Summary/Abstract: The article entitled Development tendencies on the Labor Market in Poland taking into account new legal conditions presents the changes that have occurred in the last period of time, as well as the forecasts of the labor market, taking into account the new legal regulations that are to enter into force at the beginning of 2022. The text presents the determinants that affect the market. As well as shows development trends that have been selected on the basis of labour market analysis. It should also be added that these are changes that have been observed both for many years and those that have appeared during the pandemic.
