Summary/Abstract: The use of mentoring guidance has now become a common practice for the professional and vocational development component. This research focuses on the benefits of a mentoring programme implemented for the first time in Orthodox theological seminaries. The design of a mentoring programme adapted to specific needs of vocational high schools, the training of mentors, the implementation and the results of this programme are analysed and discussed in this paper.
