Summary/Abstract: If we look into the concerns of HR departments 2 years ago, and the methods used to attract and retain talent, we find them centered around benefits policies, feedback culture and career advancement, as well as related to employees’ expectations of some degree of flexibility of the working schedule. Work From Anywhere (WFA) wasn’t on anybody’s list and, if we were headed in this direction, it was with small or very small steps. The current context has forced (literally) employers to rethink their internal policies to allow employees greater flexibility to choose their workplace and working schedule.
