Summary/Abstract: Despite the fact that the doctrine of the concept of consumer has been given priority, and the Court of Justice of the European Union has had the opportunity to rule on numerous occasions on the interpretations given to this concept, this topic has not been exhausted yet, as practice shows that new explanations or additions are still needed.This study aims to complement the portrait of the European consumer, in the light of recent case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union.
