Summary/Abstract: In every discussion and research project concerning the organizational success it is crucial to define what success really is. The criteria of assessing enterprise’s performance (which also define success) change over time, and also are strongly determined by factors of socio-cultural environment. In the paper I describe the need to look at corporate performance in broader and multi-dimensional way that takes into consideration the reconciliation of contradictions between different categories of success, the influence of stakeholders and the dimensions of performance such as corporate social responsibility and employees’ psychological well-being.
