Sale of shares and shares in commune companies. Chosen aspects

Summary/Abstract: The analysis of selected aspects related to the disposal of shares of local authorities companies was presented in this article. It has been pointed out that this process isn’t clearly described in legal acts. The general law regulations concerning the divestment process were described as well as detailed rules introduced by the examples of municipalities of the Lower Silesia province. Further, methods of shares valuation were presented. Finally, the recommendation of process stages of shares disposing of municipal companies was described.
