Summary/Abstract: In this study, considering that the importance of Vocational Schools and Applied Sciences Schools, which is an upper version of it, in meeting the qualified intermediate staff needs of enterprises in developed and developing countries is an undeniable fact, our school, which strives to train professional staff to work in the banking and finance sectors, has graduated from our school between 2006-2019, students were examined. According to the results of the research, the expectations and motivations of the students in vocational education are generally at a high level, and this situation reveals that the students are more conscious today and are more aware of what they want. In this context, a questionnaire consisting of 26 questions was applied to 234 students who graduated from Manisa Celal Bayar University, School of Applied Sciences, Department of Banking and Finance. The distribution of the expressions in the answers given to the questionnaire was made by frequency analysis. All analyzes were performed in SPSS 16.0 program. According to this, it was concluded that 95 people, 52.5 percent of the 181 employed people, worked in sectors related to the banking and finance departments they studied at university, 63 percent of the employed people were working in the private sector, 32.6 percent were working in the public sector and 4.4 percent were entrepreneurs.
