Summary/Abstract: We live in times when it is necessary to restore the identity of the man,especially to rediscover his first and fundamental calling, namely fatherhood.Earthly fatherhood has its source in God's Fatherhood. The dignityof the father and his authority flow from participation in God's Fatherhood.Hence, it is imperative that fathers lead a life rooted in God. In histeaching, Cardinal Stefan Wyszynski shows fatherhood as a vocation, andSaint Joseph as an example and advocate for every man, especially husbandand father of the family. His unique vocation related to the mystery of theIncarnation was focused on the person of the Savior of the world and HisMother, the Virgin Mary. The main vocations of the father are: procreation,education, maintenance and protection of the family.
