Summary/Abstract: Migration has come to represent an essential feature of a dynamic way of life in contemporary society. The continuous development of the migrationist process at the international level is enhanced by the intense globalization which manifests itself in particular by the increase in the permeability of borders, but also by the cancellation of psychological distances, in order to facilitate the mobility of the population of n 'any place in any part of the world; the progression of industrialization and urbanization processes; the deepening of the political, economic and social implications in the migrationist process; the increase of the female component in migratory flows; affirming the elements of circular migration; diversification of reasons for migration; the more pronounced nature of the 'brain drain', etc.
