Summary/Abstract: The present study presents the teachings of Archbishop Justinian Chira of Maramureş and Sătmar regarding the Lord’s Resurrection – the most important teaching of the Christian Orthodox faith. His teachings regarding the Lord’s Resurrection were presented by analysing the most representative of his Easter Pastorals, which were read in the years of his shepherding (1991-2016) throughout the churches of Maramureș and Sătmar Eparchy.
