Summary/Abstract: Crisis sometimes create confusion in organizations and harm the organization, and sometimes they are considered as an opportunity for organizations and benefit the organization. Although it is difficult to predict the source of the crisis and when it will occur, businesses can benefit from a number of crisis scenarios and crisis plans in order to receive the signals of the crisis and to get rid of the crisis with the least damage and even to turn the crisis into an opportunity. In this context, the aim of the study is to determine the crisis in businesses with the Covid-19 epidemic, the factors causing the crisis and the crisis management process of the managers. The universe of the research consists of businesses registered to ISO 500 in 2021. Simple random sampling method was used in the sample selection stage and the research was conducted with 10 different senior managers, including 6 general managers and 4 deputy general managers, from 10 different businesses. Data were collected with the interview technique, which is among the qualitative research methods, and the data obtained as a result of the interviews were subjected to content analysis and descriptive analysis. In the research, it was concluded that the managers had important information about the crisis, but that half of the enterprises were able to manage the crisis management process effectively.
