Summary/Abstract: The paper analyzes the norms related to the prohibition of discrimination contained in the instruments of the African human rights system and the established standards of protection of the guarantee of the right to freedom from discrimination in practice of the African Commission on Human and Peoples’ Rights and the African Court of Human and Peoples’ Rights.
