Summary/Abstract: The Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest in cooperation with the Romanian Competition Council has organized and hosted on the 14th and 15th of November 2019, in Aula Magna of the Faculty of Law, University of Bucharest the International Scientific Conference “The Challenges of Regulating and Enforcing Competition Law”. The Conference’s objective was to identify the most contentious issues that Competition Law encounters, at a national, European and international level, with reference to the limitations, challenges and restrictions to the regulation and enforcement of competition rules.
