Different Aspects of Property in Criminal Law. Means of protection. Concept and object

Summary/Abstract: The property right is guaranteed by the Romanian Constitution and by the international conventions, especially by the European Convention of Human Rights. Concretely, the Civil Code protects the property right. In a subsidiary manner, after the constitutional, conventional and civil law, the criminal law also ensures the protection of property. This brief article will reveal the means in which such protection is ensured within the Romanian Criminal Code, as well as the concept and the object of such criminal protection.
