Summary/Abstract: Among the problems which imposed the adoption of a new Criminal Code, there is the necessity of reestablishing a proper order of the protected values. Accordingly, the first acts incriminated in the new law are the crimes against the person. In the following, we will explain the most important changes, following the order from the First Title of the New Penal Code.
