Summary/Abstract: Urban estate markets occupy a significant place in the economic realities and development processes. However, their functioning has been radically changed due to the pandemic outbreak and the methods employed to fight its negative effects. The paper aims at identifying the general trends that exert, and will exert, influence on the estate market comprising commerce, services and housing. Ignoring or undervaluing them could result in excessive investment risk.
