Summary/Abstract: The personality and the activity of dr. Sofia Stoimenova attracts public opinion by the devotion to the Red Cross idea expresses in relation to the Bulgarian. Red Cross and realised Red Cross missions abroad. She fulfilled tasks, connected with the functions of IFRC/ RC and of strategic goals of the Red Cross Movement. Through the missions, success-fully realized, she outlined herself as a well-deserved representative of the Bulgarian Red cross humanitarian diplomacy.
