Kraljeva Sutjeska je jedna od rijetkih katoličkih župa u Bosni i Hercegovini koja kontinuirano posjeduje matične knjige stare više od tri i staležnike više od dva stoljeća. Matice krštenih se čuvaju od 1641., vjenčanih od 1707. i umrlih od 1718. godine do danas. Jedina praznina od desetak godina (1692- 1701) postoji u najstarijoj matici krštenih u vrijeme bečkih ratova te kasnije za nekoliko mjeseci zbog nemara u čuvanju zabilježenih krštenja. Praznina u vrijeme bečkih ratova je posve razumljiva, jer su tada fratri morali napustiti samostan i oko sedamnaest godina su se potucali po okolnim selima i šumama, a prije toga su za najnužnije potrebe morali prodati i zadnju bravu iz vrata.

This book collects scientific papers and reports presented on the conference ‘The Membership of Bulgaria in the EU: Eight Years Later’ organized by the International Economic Relations and Business Department at University of National and World Economy (UNWE), Sofia, Bulgaria. The conference, held on 2 October 2015, traditionally provided a stage for prominent academics, dedicated PhD students and professionals to discuss contemporary topics related to multiple aspects of the European integration, its effects on the Bulgarian economy, value chain and socio-economic environment, international business and relations, financial markets and banking.The contributors to this edition of the annual conference book reviewed the European integration and development though the perspectives of the fiscal and political measures to tackle the consequences of the financial crisis in both the Euro area and the other EU member states, implications on the banking sector, foreign direct investment, risk mitigation. The financial crisis and the results in the aftermath of it (capital liquidity imbalances, fiscal instability, banking volatility, quantitative easings and Euro area performance indicators, to name a few) are dominating among the majority of authors’ research. The contributors review issues related to the corporate management, corporate governance, sustainable education, organizational design, digital marketing, ethical PR and media, talent development in large organizations. Another group of researchers offer in-depth reviews of the current EU institutional framework, emerging questions related to the energy security and the EU energy policy as well as the environment on a global level, healthcare and business innovations. ‘The Membership of Bulgaria in the EU: Eight Years Later’ is an annually organized academic event with the vision to foster open dialogue, offer contemporary research and exchange of ideas between fellow academics, policy makers, businesses, stakeholders and the public.

Their Role in Building Communities

The purpose of this paper is to highlight the contribution of the digital collections to an improved image of the libraries and the impact they have on building the community whose members evaluate the quality of services provided. Examples of innovative digital library activities and services shown hereafter talk about changing mentality and increasing responsibility in institutions, which become more visible in the life of the community they serve. Innovation accomplished through integrative or collaborative solutions, aims at getting user target groups involved in library activities and direct participation and digitization help building communities for educational and research purposes.

Evidence Národního archivního dědictví a program PEvA

Archivnictví a spisová služba v České republice je v současnosti upravena zákonem č. 499/2004 Sb., o archivnictví a spisové službě a o změně některých zákonů. Mezi jednu z důležitých problematik, kterou archivní zákon řeší, patří evidence archiválií uložených v jednotlivých archivech a kulturně vědeckých institucí. Právě přesná evidence spravovaných archiválií se řadí mezi základní činnosti každé z nich. Evidence archiválií a program PEvA, prostředek umožňující vést evidenci i v digitální podobě, spolu úzce souvisejí a jsou vzájemně zcela provázány. Následující text je proto spíše popisem evidence Národního archivního dědictví a program PEvA je představen především jako technická podpora této činnosti, která umožňuje vést co nejdokonalejší evidenci, sloužící nejen archivářům, ale zejména badatelské veřejnosti.

Elektronické zpracování archiválií a pořádací program ELZA

Každý dokument se po převzetí do archivu stává součástí jednoho archivního souboru (archivního fondu nebo archivní sbírky). V rámci těchto celků se pak archiválie zpracovávají a zpřístupňují veřejnosti, což patří ke stěžejním úkolům každého archivu. Výsledkem procesu zpracování archiválií a zároveň prostředkem pro zpřístupnění archiválií badatelům jsou již od konce padesátých let 20. století, kdy byla vydána první základní pravidla pro zpracování archivního materiálu, jasně definované archivní pomůcky. Podle hloubky popisu archiválií rozlišujeme několik typů archivních pomůcek, přičemž za ty základní dnes považujeme manipulační seznam 1. a 2. typu, inventář, dílčí inventář a katalog. Speciální typy archivních pomůcek, jako jsou tematické katalogy či rejstříky, se vyhotovují výjimečně a pouze v případech, kde je vytvoření takového typu archivní pomůcky účelné.

COLECŢIA „CUNOŞTINŢE FOLOSITOARE” O BIOGRAFIE A EPOCII INTERBELICE

The article highlights the rare book collection of SL USARB „Useful Knowledge", published in the interwar period by the most prestigious and oldest publishing house in Romania - Cartea Românească. Some moments from the biography of the collection are reviewed: the history, the structure, as well as the variety of the contents. The value of the collection consists in familiarizing the reader with information from various fields of human knowledge, the editors being firmly convinced that the healthy training of the youth will contribute to the progress of the country and the nation.
