"Konference o profesionální etice" na Právnické fakultě Masarykovy univerzity

Canvassing the Concept event took place in May 2023 in the form of a dialogue with presentations held by young London architecture graduates - in online format. The organization, script and moderation of the 4 sessions were managed by Matei Mitrache, architect and university assistant at Bartlett School of Architecture, UCL and University Westminster, London. The idea of these meetings - presentations was provided by the Educational Forum of Architecture and Urbanism - FEdAU - held within the "Ion Mincu" University of Architecture and Urbanism, a project promoting the connection of UAUIM with the international and national educational environment. Such manifestations seem to fit naturally into a mode of operation and education, in a world of excellence in communication. Starting from 2021, the organization of these events has periodically brought to attention of Mincu students the innovative experiences of fellow architects from the European space and beyond, as well as the experiments, concerns, successful studies surprised in original projects - a world of ideas, searches and research finally materialized in the concept. This year "Canvassing the Concept" hosted eight young architects, designers and researchers from London sharing different approaches to the creative process and how they managed possible solutions to various challenges in recent experiments.

Na Filozofskom fakultetu Sveučilišta u Zagrebu, 28. i 29. rujna 2023. godine, održana je konferencija Making a Difference: the Hope and Promise of Sexuality Studies koju je organizirala Sexuality Research Network pri European Sociological Association (ESA) u suradnji s Odsjekom za sociologiju na Filozofskom fakultetu u Zagrebu i Hrvatskim sociološkim društvom (HSD). Dobrodošlicu sudionicima i izlagačima u ime Filozofskog fakulteta poželjeli su Miljenko Jurković, a u ime Grada Zagreba Gordan Bosanac. Potom je konferenciju službeno otvorila koordinatorica Sexuality Research Network Isabel Crowhurst, nakon čega su slijedile kratke uvodne riječi pročelnice Odsjeka za sociologiju Filozofskog fakulteta Jane Vukić te predsjednice organizacijskog odbora Tanje Vučković Juroš. Značenje konferencije ogleda se u stvaranju novih ideja te poticanju dijaloga s ciljem raspravljanja o aktualnim problemima, ne samo u području istraživanja seksualnosti, nego i o sveopćim promjenama u društvu vezanima uz tu temu.

Po koncu prve svetovne vojne, natančneje s podpisom Rapalske pogodbe 12. novembra 1920 med Kraljevino Italijo in Kraljevino Srbov, Hrvatov in Slovencev (Kraljevina SHS), je več kot četrtina zahodnega slovenskega etničnega ozemlja pripadla Kraljevini Italiji (območje Goriške, dela Notranjske, Istre in Trsta). Kraljevina Italija je v naslednjih letih z uvajanjem raznarodovalnih ukrepov poskušala poitalijančiti zasedeno ozemlje. Mednje sodi zakon o šolski reformi oz. Gentilejeva šolska reforma, ki jo je italijanska vlada sprejela 1. oktobra 1923. Pomenila je popolno prenovo šolskega sistema, ki jo je podpisal takratni prosvetni minister v Mussolinijevi vladi, znani filozof in pedagog prof. Giovanni Gentile (1875–1944), po katerem reformo običajno tudi imenujemo. Reforma je med drugim določala, da se je pouk izvajal samo v italijanskem jeziku, kar je zaznamovalo vse narodne manjšine, ki so po koncu prve svetovne vojne živele v okviru Kraljevine Italije (poleg Slovencev tudi Hrvati in Nemci na južnem Tirolskem). S šolskim letom 1923/1924 je bila slovenščina kot manjšinski jezik v prvih razredih osnovnih šol odpravljena.

Познакомившись с архивными материалами (на стадии их археографического оформления) об уполномоченном по духовенству Тверской губЧК Д. С. Виноградове, один из самых осведомленных современных историков советских спецслужб О. И.Капчинский заявил в разговоре с публикаторами: мы знали священников — внештатных сотрудников ЧК и напротив — штатных сотрудников из числа бывших священников. Встречались даже священники — бывшие штатные сотрудники. Но чтобы действующий священник и одновременно штатный сотрудник — такое в голове не укладывается. Этот случай, пожалуй, единственный за всю историю ВЧК.

21. Jahrestagung der Sektion Schulgeschichte des AKSL (München: 21.-22. Oktober 2023)

Die 21. Jahrestagung der Sektion Pädagogik und Schulgeschichte des AKSL fand im Haus des Deutschen Ostens in München statt. Die Veranstaltung wurde vom Kulturwerk der Siebenbürger Sachsen e.V. aus Mitteln des Bayerischen Staatsministeriums für Familie, Arbeit und Soziales gefördert. Wie bei früheren Tagungen standen Berichte und Mitteilungen auf dem Programm, die Aspekte der siebenbürgisch-sächsischen Schulvergangenheit aus verschiedenen Zeiträumen beleuchteten. Bei der Veranstaltung, die von Dr. Erwin Jikeli, Leiter der Sektion Pädagogik und Schulgeschichte, vorbereitet und moderiert wurde, trugen sechs Referenten vor.

Tagung „Looking beyond the paradigm“ (Budapest: 8.-10. Juni 2023)

Der AKSL Hermannstadt hat diese zum Teil von der Fritz Thyssen Stiftung geförderte Tagung in Kooperation mit dem Institut für deutsche Kultur und Geschichte Südosteuropas (IKGS) an der Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München, mit der Lutherischen Universität in Budapest und mit dem Budapester Zentrum für Reformationsstudien (Projekt MTA BTK „Lendület Long Reformation in Eastern Europe“) sowie im Kontext der Arbeit des Netzwerks REFORC angeregt und durchgeführt. Ziel war es, die lange tradierten, aber zwischenzeitlich immer stärker an ihre Plausibilitätsgrenzen gelangenden Narrative, die oft noch in den aus dem 19. Jahrhundert stammenden Forschungstraditionen verlaufen sowie meist ethnischen oder konfessionellen Abgrenzungen folgen, kritisch zu überprüfen und aufgrund innovativer Fragen zu korrigieren. Zeitlich lag der Fokus auf der Geschichte der Frühen Neuzeit sowie deren Geschichtsschreibung. Eine hochspannende Tagung mit äußerst anregenden Vorträgen hat an der gastfreundlichen Lutherischen Universität in Budapest stattgefunden. Vier thematische Sektionen (Kontexte; Transkulturelle und transkonfessionelle Entwicklungen; Transnationale und transkonfessionelle Erinnerungskulturen; Kultur und Erziehung bei Protestanten) strukturierten die insgesamt 17 deutsch- oder englischsprachigen Vorträge. Referentinnen und Referenten waren aus acht Ländern, nämlich aus Weißrussland, Deutschland, der Schweiz, Österreich, Tschechien, der Slowakei, Ungarn und Rumänien gekommen.

W dniach 14–15 października 2021 r. odbyła się w Pradze konferencja „Radikální levice ve střední Evropě a její vývoj od konce první světové války do roku 1933”. Jej organizatorem były Historický ústav AV ČR (Instytut Historyczny Czeskiej Akademii Nauk), Národní archiv (Archiwum Narodowe) oraz Filozofická fakulta Jihočeské Univerzity (Uniwersytet Południowoczeski w Czeskich Budziejowicach). Pieczę naukową sprawowali pracownicy wymienionych instytucji: Miroslav Šepták (Filozofická fakulta Jihočeské Univerzity), Emil Voráček (Historický ústav AV ČR) oraz David Hubený (Národní archiv). Celem konferencji było omówienie działalności skrajnych ugrupowań lewicowych na terenie Europy Środkowo- -Wschodniej do 1933 r. Przedmiotem zainteresowań prelegentów były zarówno ugrupowania legalnie funkcjonujące w ówczesnej rzeczywistości politycznej, jak i działające mimo oficjalnego zakazu władz państwowych. Tematyka konferencji dotyczyła nie tylko ugrupowań politycznych, ale też pojedynczych działaczy. Słowo wstępne wygłosił rektor Uniwersytetu Południowoczeskiego Bohumil Jiroušek. Następnie gości przywitali prof. Eva Drašarová (Národní archiv), Martin Holý (Historický ústav AV ČR) oraz Michail Misjuk (Státní archiv Zakarpatské oblasti). Językami konferencyjnymi były: czeski, polski, angielski oraz rosyjski.

Sprawozdanie z XXVII Ogólnopolskiego Zjazdu Historyków Studentów w Warszawie, 9–13 V 2022 r

W dniach 9–13 maja 2022 r. odbyła się XXVII edycja Ogólnopolskiego Zjazdu Historyków Studentów (dalej: OZHS) – pierwsza po przerwie wymuszonej pandemią COVID-19. OZHS jest corocznym wydarzeniem organizowanym przez Komitet Organizacyjny, w skład którego wchodzą studenci z największych ośrodków naukowych w Polsce. W tym roku do Prezydium Komitetu zostali wybrani przedstawiciele Uniwersytetu Wrocławskiego (dalej: UWr) i Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego (dalej: UW), przy czym to Warszawa została gospodarzem przedsięwzięcia. Całość obrad podzielona była na pięć kolejnych dni tematycznych, rozpoczynając od starożytności, przechodząc przez pozostałe epoki, a kończąc na naukach pomocniczych i metodologii historii.

Posiedzenia Komisji Bizantynologicznej Polskiego Towarzystwa Historycznego w roku akademickim 2022/2023

Pierwsze posiedzenie Komisji Bizantynologicznej Polskiego Towarzystwa Historycznego (KB PTW) w roku akademickim 2022/2023 odbyło się w sobotę, 26 listopada 2022 roku, w Łodzi (Instytut Historii Uniwersytetu Łódzkiego, ul. A. Kamińskiego 27a, sala posiedzeń Rady Wydziału = sala 103). Spotkanie zostało przeprowadzone w trybie hybrydowym: część uczestników przybyła osobiście do Łodzi, część zaś brała w nim udział zdalnie za pomocą platformy Microsoft Teams. Z tej ostatniej możliwości skorzystało 30 osób. W sali 103 natomiast miejsca zajęły 34 osoby. W ten sposób osiągnięto jedną z najwyższych frekwencji w historii posiedzeń Komisji Bizantynologicznej. Planowe spotkanie miało się rozpocząć o 11:30. Jednak faktyczny początek miał miejsce o 11:35.
