В самомобщем виде прагматика творчества включает в себя ответы на вопросы «зачем» и «для чего»,и вследствие этого — необходимость обретения социального статуса в обществе, обеспечи вающего влияние,.профессиональные компетенции, дающие право на получение ресурсов.Особое место в достижении успеха занимает ресурс государственных институтов и профес-сиональных сообществ.

From 14 September to 17 September in Glion, Switzerland, a regional meeting of representatives of UNICEF national offices from the countries of Central and Eastern Europe (CEI), as well as the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS) was held. The occasion for the meeting was to discuss the impact of the global economic crisis on these countries, as well as the consequences of the crisis on the situation of children in the same. The purpose of this meeting was to share information on the ongoing UNICEF implementation and planned activities in order to mitigate, or completely eliminate the consequences of the crisis on children in these countries, as well as to explore the possibilities for some future joint activities in this sphere.

The words of the most renowned poet of the Tang dynasty (8th century AD) about the dialogue between the past, the present, and the future – the basis of our cultural identity – accompanied the representatives of the 17 countries that were hosted in Poland on 11-14 October 2016. The renowned experts arrived in order to discuss intangible cultural heritage and its safeguarding. The organizers of this meeting were the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage and the Polish National Heritage Board. It was additionally supported by the Polish Council for Intangible Cultural Heritage.

Raspravom о kolubarskoj bici, održanoj decembra 1984. godine u Istorijskom institutu u Beogradu, započeo je da se ostvaruje veoma opsežno zamišljen program istraživanja istorije Srbije u prvom svjetskom ratu. Povod za organizovanje naučnog skupa о kolubarskoj bici i ratnim naporima Srbije u 1914. godini bila je 70. godišnjica početka prvog svjetskog irata i značajnih pobjeda srpske vojske u prvoj ratnoj godini. Radno obilježavanje 70-gođišnjice prvog svjetskog rata kod nas nastavljeno je potom na naučnim skupovima, održanim u toku 1985. i 1986. godine, posvećenim Srbiji u drugoj i trećoj ratnoj godini. Godine 1915. i 1916. nisu bile za Srbijiu ni godine velikih vojnih uspjeha, kao što su bile 1914. i 1918, niti značajnih nacionalno-političkih programa kao što su bile 1914. i 1917, već naprotiv godine velikih iskušenja. Poslije velikih vojnih uspjeha u prvim mjesecima rata nastalo je od početka 1915. godine dugo zatišje, poslije koga je uslijedio neočekivano brz i potpun vojni slom Srbije i okupacija zemlje. U 1916. godini ostaci srpske vojske, koji su se preko sjeverne Albanije i Crne Gore povukli na obale Jadranskog mora zatim reorganizovani na Krfu i u sjevernoj Africi, nastavljaju na teritoriji druge države borbu protiv neprijatelja.

The results of the international scientific conference “Gender Relations in the modern world: management, economics, social policy” (Moscow — Ivanovo — Ples, May 16—18, 2019) are analyzed in the article. The problems of the new gender order, gender aspects of management and social policy, women’s entrepreneurship and employment, gender socialization of generations, the gender dimension of education and science, gender migration are being updated. The conference is dedicated to the 25th anniversary of the establishment of gender studies in the higher education system of the Russian Federation.

Обзор Международной научно-практической конференции «Актуальные проблемы охраны права собственности на природные ресурсы и объекты: междисциплинарный подход»

The paper reviews the International Scientific-Practical Conference “Current problems of protection of the right of ownership of natural resources and objects: Interdisciplinary approach” in memory of Aleksandr Andreevich Ryabov, Corresponding Member of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan, Doctor of Legal Sciences, Professor, Honorary Lawyer of the Republic of Tatarstan. A.A. Ryabov’s main published works, awards, and achievements in the spheres of research and pedagogical activities have been discussed. The major conference events, including the ceremonial unveiling of a memorial plaque in honor of A.A. Ryabov, have been reviewed. The international level of the conference and its interdisciplinary focus have been demonstrated. The statistical data on actual participants of the conference have been presented. The main resolutions of the conference have been summarized. The impact of the event on the competitive abilities of the Law Faculty and Kazan Federal University in general has been shown. It has been concluded that the conference contributed to strengthening of the relations with representatives of the academic community from Switzerland, Kyrgyzstan, Republic of Belarus, and various subjects of the Russian Federation, who work in the sphere of interdisciplinary problems of protection of the right to ownership of natural resources and objects. It has been noted that the conference advanced the cooperation between the state authorities, judicial powers, and law-enforcement authorities of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan, as well as a number of social and private organizations.
