This paper analyses and presents the possible trends in the international oil and gas market under the waves of globalization; the study and research show the reforms and confrontation of the international energetic platform within the globalization of the International market. The road towards independent energies and economic growth to build and maintain the economy strong can be balanced differently from time to time between energy production and consumption. The necessity for such a global growth in economy and profts has led in particular most oil and gas companies to fnd new ways to dominate again the international oil and gas market by enhancing their investments to sustain their energy businesses. Furthermore, the sharp rise in energy prices poses major risks in the short term to global inflation and if it continues it may also affect the energy importing countries. The conclusions show that the sharp rise in commodity prices has turned out to be more pronounced than previously expected, moreover, the price fluctuation are fnally complicating the policy options as different countries emerge from the global recession, so adapting production strategies for the future requirements to satisfy the needs of the international market rely more on new energy insights and sustainable possibilities.

Globalization processes create new organizational, economic and many other changes within society. There are many positive and negative social effects, and globalization is treated as an important part of the new world order and as a way of adapting and promoting new social values. It is increasingly turning into a new concept within the action of social relations as it encourages the opening of a new era of development. Under the influence of globalization, new directions of economic development in Croatia have been opened and this is an important scientifc issue. There are numerous benefts of globalization and differences in speed and approach have often been driven by regional trends, policy opportunities and economic factors. Croatia has a continuous and constant development of globalization parameters measured according to the KOF globalization index with occasional turbulent periods that resulted in short-term declines in correlations. The Covid-19 pandemic has turned into a major disaster for the glob al economy and it is clear that the further development of global relations will take some new dimensions. This paper aims to establish the correlation between the globalization effects and related integration processes in the world with the detection of the situation in the Republic of Croatia. The scientifc contribution is manifested through knowledge of the laws that govern globalization processes and inclusive forms of their further development.

Industrial policy refers to the policy of industrial development, where the term “industry” encompasses the organization and strategic management of human and material resources. The aim of this policy is primarily to stimulate and secure the tracking of structural adjustments and restructuring of companies in order to empower them to grasp the changes within the business environment and to face the economic challenges and increased competition on a global scale. Inclusive and sustainable industrial development means that all parts of society have equal benefts from industrial progress, which, in addition, enables the satisfaction of basic social and human needs. Such industrial development enables a continuous increase in the living standard for all people and new technological solutions for environ mentally friendly industrialization. Successful implementation of inclusive and sustainable industrial development in the age of globalization requires approaches that use globally available knowledge, technology, innovation and capital. The determination of the Republic of Serbia to join the EU entails the obligation to respect inclusive and sustainable industrial development. In order to achieve sustainable industrial development in the Republic of Serbia, it is necessary to promote the circular economy and educate business entities. Business entities must be introduced to the importance of more effcient use of material resources and possible savings in industrial processes, through the organization of promotional and educational gatherings and the use of services of centers that are active in this sector.

The level of resources invested in STEM, innovation and R&D has never been higher, resulting in new technologies that are promising higher return rates and a new competitive edge. Technology development is influencing the way the work is performed, thus changing the structure of the organization, content of work and demand for workers` skills. Thus, technology development changes industries, organizations and occupations. When occupations are displaced, many workers are forced to reconsider their possibilities at the labor market and to broaden their job perspectives by upgrading their skills portfolio. At the same time, due to the increase in production productivity, new products and services are offered, and new markets emerge. Thus, new jobs are instated and new skills for performing them are required. Technology development led by automation (including AI, ML, etc) and digitalization have found creative and efcient ways to change traditional business models, not necessarily through resource internalization and standard employment agreements. This paper is elaborating on the concept of job and employment, and the effect technology advancements have on labor markets. Findings are related to newly emerging forms of employment and their implications for organizations and workers.

The main purpose of economic research is to monitor the performance of a particular national economy and analyse the factors that determine its growth and fluctuations. Gross domestic product is primarily used to assess the performance of the economy. It is, however, also necessary to look at the labour market situation. COVID-19 pandemic is one of the factors that have impacted the Slovak economy and the labour market situation. The purpose of the paper is to evaluate the changes in the labour market and the performance of the Slovak economy in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic. The pandemic has resulted in lower economic performance. Particularly affected were the accommodation and food service activities, wholesale and retail trade as well as the manufacturing industry. Consequently, the labour market situation reflected these phenomena in decreased employment and increased unemployment rates.

As a synonym for the industrial development of the 20th century, the automobile industry is considered the “industry of all industries” and the backbone of the development of mass production. It is one of the pillars of the global economy and a signifcant driver of macroeconomic growth, stability and technological development. The core of the industry (production of cars, parts, assemblies and components) interacts with a wide range of business actors in the value chain, which multiplies the positive impact on economic growth and development. The economic importance of the automotive industry far exceeds its quantitative dimensions. The automotive industry has signifcantly contributed to the introduction of the concept of integrated supply chains and modular procurement, so all changes in the automotive industry have a specifc “echo” in the entire economy. The Covid-19 pandemic caused major problems in the functioning of supply chains, which had unprecedented consequences for the automotive industry. Currently, the biggest problem is the months-long shortage of semiconductors, caused by the reorientation of manufacturers to semiconductors for mobile phones, video game consoles and laptops. The paper analyzes the decline in car production and sales, lower-income, layoffs and problems with car delivery.

The world suffered a huge loss since the frst quarter of 2020 when the COVID-19 crisis started. Most of the businesses’ activity collapsed and the economy fell dramatically down. Other businesses have been struggling over the past months due to the coronavirus pandemic – temporarily closing in the face of lockdowns, or keeping their doors open while drastically scaling back operations. However, even in this unpleasant environment, in which reined the uncertainty and many entrepreneurs had to shut down their companies, multiple businesses managed not only to survive but to flourish during the last couple of years, despite the circumstances. This paper’s objective is to analyze this tendency of some of the world’s biggest multinational corporations headquartered in different continents, namely North America, Europe and Asia. There are several sectors well represented in the process, such as e-commerce, courier, stock exchange, gambling and subscription streaming services (e.g. Amazon, AliExpress, DHL, Netflix). Such multinational corporations succeeded to be adaptable and resilient in order to stay afloat in these ever-changing times and, in this way, to increase their revenues during the pandemic, but also to expand their reach or even grow their market, getting to new customers right in the middle of the chaos generated by the COVID-19 pandemic. The study is based on the fnancial results of the successful businesses – top companies in their feld.

The precondition for the development of any economy is the existence of a sufcient number of promising and developing SMEs. The basic element of successful SME development is the socio-economic business environment, which motivates to develop business. The paper analyses the socio-economic factors of the business environment in the regions of the Slovak Republic in the context of the development of SME business activities. The authors used survey methods to identify and better understand the socio-economic factors that stimulate business development, as well as barriers to the development of SME business activities in the regions of the Slovak Republic. To assess the relationship between the socio-economic level of the regions and the development of business in the regions, the authors constructed a composite indicator, which made it possible to compare and monitor the development of selected indicators. The authors used more complex multidimensional statistical methods for the calculation.

The present work includes a synthesis in the light of the Christian-Orthodox teaching of the essential role of the Holy Liturgy in supporting religious-moral life at all ages. In the light of the texts of the Holy Scriptures and of the Holy Fathers, perfection is the essential goal of human life, the fulfillment of Christ's sacrifice on the Cross. Perfection is possible for every man, as an effort to assume the quality of son of God, for whom the Word became incarnate. The relevant texts were used to understand the importance of the Holy Liturgy and to highlight the way in which the Eucharist is a way and a school, the person's chance for self-discovery and permanent elevation towards the Father.

Parental burnout (PB) has increasingly attracted the attention of social workers, family counsellors, epidemiologists, doctors, educators, psychiatrists, psychologists, and sociologists over the past 15 years. The reason is simple: if we can quit our job position because we are affected by career / job / occupational / professional burnout, we cannot resign as a parent. From a social work perspective, we are particularly interested in history and risk factors of PB, in the conceptualization of PB, in the consequences of PB, in gender differences in PB, in the assessment of the degree of PB, in the biological and cultural factors related to PB, in the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic on PB, in the nature of PB, in the prevention of PB, in the relationship between PB and career / job / occupational / professional burnout, in the stages of PB and in the treatment of PB.

Taking an overview of the context in which we live our lives, we can easily observe that we are constantly facing the challenges of a changing world. Particularly in the case of young people, we notice prominent differences, primarily because they belong to the generation of modern technology and the virtual world. We are witnessing a rapid transition from face-to-face human interactions to the digital universe, through the use of tablets and smartphones, where time and space take on new meanings, and interpersonal relationships may not be as effective and transparent. The religious aspect justifies its importance within the spectrum of educational sciences by addressing the need for meaning in life, which in turn contributes to a sense of security and self-esteem as a protective factor for individuals. In the current context, marked by cultural and religious diversity, religious sensitivity in education prepares the younger generations to transcend their own boundaries. It becomes a gateway to understanding religious diversity and the experiences that stem from it.

My paper intends to illustrate a possible didactic scenario of how to teach The Subjunctive Mood to international students enrolled in the academic program entitled „The Preparatory Year of Romanian Language for Foreign Citizens” at Bucharest University of Economic Studies. The study is the partial result of teaching the „Practical Course of Romanian: Phonetics, Vocabulary and Sentence Structures” for about 9 academic years. This is part of a wider research, now in progress, as I am working on a Practical Romanian Grammar Book for Foreigners. I do believe that after The Present Tense in Romanian, the Subjunctive Mood is considered to be the 2nd most difficult tense in Romanian language, by foreign students, although there is a close grammatical connection between these 2 verbal tenses aspects. I can say for sure that knowing very well the Present Tense in Romanian ensures in the same time a good acquirement for the students of the Subjunctive Mood too. Of course, the peculiar grammatical aspects for the 3rd singular and plural person are to be mentioned and exemplified.

Creationism is the biblical teaching that God created the heavens and the earth, bringing everything into concrete existence through His creative Word and will. Through this creative act, God shows that Creation has its principle and purpose in God, making Him transparent. All varieties of birds were created from water. The expression "after their kind" is used only when life is being built, in the last three days of Creation, to understand that God, during this interval, built all living creatures on earth. This expression means that the type of animal is preserved by reproduction, which entitles us to say that the species did not evolve but remained the same. The noun "kind", "type", "classification", "species" shows there are fixed types or classifications. It is true that, within genetic limits, animals can evolve, but one species cannot transform into another. The main causes of the theory of biological evolution: natural selection and mutations eliminate from its assumptions the existence of a Creator. In arguing with evolutionists, creationists point out that for a flightless animal to become "flying", almost every anatomical structure would require changes, a theory that is not supported by any (fossil) evidence. Although we cannot fully understand the divine reason, Christians today can extract useful meaning from this creative action. Thus, we do not read them as myths, but try to value the sacred text and discover its divine message. Saint Ambrose shows that birds can provide "a parable for our living", because in them, "social and military leadership is natural", but in humans it is "forced and enslaved". The entire creation testifies to the Unity, Omnipotence and Wisdom of its Creator, which also manifests itself in the existence of a purpose for living beings, that of living, to offer oneself, which for man constitutes a path to salvation.

Adolescence is a stage of development, in which important physical and mental changes occur, it is a very delicate transition phase, which marks the transition from childhood to adulthood and which brings with it a series of challenges, either for the adolescent or for those around. In the process of transformation from child to adult, the adolescent seeks a balance in the originality crisis he is going through. The family, with its own resources and uncertainties, is the privileged area of development and care of the adolescent, it is the safe base where the adolescent will return in times of need. The article proposes a presentation of adolescence with all the bio-psycho-social characteristics it entails, in order to facilitate communication and relationships with people in this stage of life.

The underlying principle of the present paper is the active learning supported by various strategies, methods and techniques for empowering students to develop their critical thinking and participate in directing their own knowledge acquisition. In this sense, backward course design creates the illustrative framework for an innovative pedagogy by planning assessment first, then the learning experience and teaching activities, having in view the main goal, i.e. students' understanding of the big ideas (the moral of the story of the course/learning unit), which can then be autonomously transferred to other real-world learning contexts. The basic rationale of this paper is to present the instructional model of backward course design of learning experiences, highlighting assessment modalities. To construct an authentic assessment, we employed with the students at our university the GRASPS model, a form of assessment that engages learners to use their thinking skills and demonstrate the application of essential knowledge, conceptual understanding and skills acquired throughout a unit of learning.

The field of research in which this study falls is that of “sociocultural pragmatics”, which focuses on the influence of external factors (social and cultural) on the formulation and interpretation of linguistic forms. We opted for the speech act of apology, given the role that expressive speech acts have in the dynamics of interpersonal relationships. The need to investigate the speech act of the apology is given by its role in restoring the imbalance that can occur in human interaction, the apology being the means that can determine the “saving” of interactions and relationships between interlocutors. The corpus of the research is extracted from several textbooks of RFL as the pragmatic trend has been very successful in teaching foreign languages, the notion of speech act being present in the textbooks, and the communicative approach representing a sine qua non condition for learning a language foreign. The theoretical approach is based on the theory of speech acts of the American philosophers Austin and Searle and the verbal interaction studies of the French linguist Kerbrat-Orecchioni.

Starting from the social transformations and directions, we accept, volens nolens, that technology has long sat down at the teacher’s desk. We have also grown accustomed that its teaching strategy has nothing to do with the former classical teaching style anymore, no matter how modern it has become with its new teaching methods. So, regardless of its practical form (TV lesson, distance learning through different platforms), learning takes more and more practical and pragmatic shapes. It tends not to represent a complex formation which generates intellectual, cultural, moral abilities anymore, but a kit of competences, seemingly independent from the fundamental human values. Traditionally, learning takes place thanks to human interaction. Presently it seems to lose its constitutive elements and to proclaim bombastically the supremacy of the digital world that asks to be reified, trusted by heart; a surrogate with a trademark status. Will learning represent an intellectual effort, an effort of originality, competence and consequently of value, or will it sit comfortably in an „effort” of searching, juxtaposition and conformation to the immediate imperatives? In other words: brainly or library, seminar/debate/maieutics or chat GBT?

In order to obtain information regarding the importance of carrying out moral education activities in kindergarten, of carrying out educational projects in this field, of approaching the curriculum for early education regarding the existence of elements of moral education or the need to introduce such a field, we interviewed eight kindergarten directors and two school inspectors for early education and religious discipline. Following the analysis and interpretation of the answers provided, it can be found that there is a great need to carry out moral education activities in kindergartens, all the executives interviewed consider that moral education is not given its rightful place, the first place, and in the curriculum for early education in force there are not enough examples of moral education activities. At the same time, the respondents provide examples of moral values that should be promoted among preschoolers, they support the importance of using the moral model within the activities and claim the urgent need to carry out educational projects at the national level, in the field of moral education. A fact highlighted by this interview is the need to regulate moral education in preschool education, by introducing this field in the curriculum, because at the moment the carrying out of this type of activities remains at the discretion of each individual educator.

Religious education is an important dimension of education that contributes to a child's development. Through religious education the child has the opportunity to know God. To facilitate the process of knowing God, the subject of religion has been introduced in schools. This subject is part of the common core curriculum and one hour a week is allocated to it. Religious education is carried out at school in every class, but in kindergarten things are different. At pre-school level, the study of the elements of religious education is carried out differently, depending on the teacher. Some teachers do not emphasise religious education at all, others do so by introducing elements of religious education into other activities. Another part of the teachers carry out extra-curricular activities for the implementation of religious education, while other teachers carry out religious education electives. Therefore, teachers' involvement in the delivery of religious education at pre-school level is carried out in different ways. The level of teacher involvement is very important for the successful delivery of religious education at pre-school level. The question that led to the research, which used a questionnaire as the main instrument, was how much teachers are involved in the religious education of pre-school children. The research found that teachers are differently involved in children's religious education and that the positive results in this respect are influenced by the way they act
