The concept of risk can be defined in many ways, but most of them are basically related to the essential features of this concept. Risk has many meanings; however, the present paper is an attempt to define it from a new approach, focusing on the new values framing the investment processes. Understanding the concept of risk has as a starting point the notion of instability, a term expressing a specific uncertain view towards the future.

The specialty literature was preoccupied in the last years more and more with what means the belief in the organization and its implications on employees and implicit on companies. The interpersonal confidence is a psychological feature that has developed in time as a result of exchangeable social process. Building the confidence is an activity that can take away a series of emotional and interpersonal obstacles, so that it allows members of the group to sewer their energy on the task of labor on which they want to accomplish. Therefore, the role of the manager, who is preoccupied to achieve good results for the company, is to develop the confidence of his employees in the organization, this thing being a path towards increased earnings. In this paper we will refer to the familiar actors who work together as part of the same organization.

Kontakti narodne poezije s literarnim stvaralaštvom drugog naroda, a to je domena komparativne književnosti, javljaju se u ovim situacijama: 1. umjetna pjesma jednog naroda preko učenih pojedinaca, posredstvom pisane riječi, omasovljuije se, postaje pučkom poezijom drugog naroda. Tu cemo nabrojiti i djelovanje crkvenih pjesama, i organiziranog nastupa osvajača u svrhu odnarođenja nekog područja. 2. Višejezični pjesnik - interpretator putuje od naroda do naroda i nastupa (usmeni kontakt); 3. zajednički život raznojezičnih kolektiva (usmeni kontakt). Komparativno proučavanje pomoći će nam u određivanju porijekla i u rekonstrukciji prvotnog oblika neke narodne pjesme.

Stanje je vrlo zamršeno. U svojoj knjizi zapamćenja Pogled na jedno razdoblje (1947), koja je napisana u težnji da bude autobiografija, povijesni rezime i kritički osvrt na sadašnjicu, Heinrich Mann je jednom poglavlju dao naslov: »Najnriže životno osjećanje«. To će reči ovo: »Životno osjećanje njemačkih romantičara naajniže je koje neka književnost može imati. To se dešava samo ondje gdje se, pod prisilom ili bez nje; krivo postupalo. Skupina romanopisaca koja prikazuje društvene činjenice može se pouzdati u to da će iduća ekipa isto to uraditi i za svoje doba. Stotinu je godina to važilo, u Francuskoj, u. Rusiji. Ali bajke o čarolijama, staronjemačke maskarade, umjetna ushićenja, bezdana mudrovanja - tko da to nastavi? Ti pjesnici pišu kao posljednji ljudi.« No, autor koji je nekoć pisao pripovijetke s građom iz talijanske renesanse ipak nije voljan da pojam romantizma izjednači s umjetničkom nesposobnošću i političkim nazadnjaštvom. Stoga dodaje: Romantičko umovanje i romantičko pjesničko stvaranje ne znači uvijek i svagdje napuštanje suvremenih problema i odraz malaksalosti.«
