This book continues the line of Book 1 of the monograph “Multigenerational Human Resource Management: From Generation T to Generation Alpha. Individual-psychological characteristics of generations”. It offers an in-depth analysis of the unique characteristics and specificities of each of the generations under consideration, emphasizing their importance for effective multigenerational human resource management. Book 2 reveals how differences in the values, motivation and preferences of individual generations affect their productivity and satisfaction at the workplace. It presents specific data collected through an online survey and panel interviews during the period 2019-2024. The results are interpreted and analyzed to identify key trends and factors influencing the motivation of different generations of employees. Based on the summarized data and conclusions, guidelines and recommendations are offered to employers and managers for interacting with specific generations professionally, in order to create more effective and motivated multigenerational teams. This book represents the concluding part of the trilogy “Multigenerational Management of Human Resources: From Generation T to Generation Alpha”. It builds upon the theoretical knowledge and research results presented in the first two books and focuses on their practical application. The main goal of Book 3 is providing methodological approaches for identifying opportunities and developing recommendations to improve the satisfaction and productivity of the employees in a multigenerational work environment.In order to achieve this goal motivational factors and generational differences are analyzed through the prism of 11 motivational theories. The unique needs and preferences of each generation in multigenerational teams are identified by comparative analyses of summarized research results conducted between 2019 – 2024. Practical recommendations are aimed at both individual motivation management for each generation and effective team interaction among them. Strategies for creating a harmonious and productive work atmosphere encourage collaboration and mutual understanding among different age groups with the aim of increasing overall efficiency and employee satisfaction.
