'Redefining Community in Intercultural Context' (RCIC) is a journal that hosts the most important papers defended within the homonymous conference, held annually in June in Brasov, Romania. The main goal of the event and of the journal is the creation of a network of exchanging experience between teachers, researchers and practitioners in the field of community dynamics. Moreover, RCIC is the framework of putting into practice the new ideas that will result from the cross-fertilization of teaching activities and scientific research. The end-goal is to improve the quality of education and, consequently, personal and intellectual development. Last but not least, RCIC is an instrument for the dissemination of the multicultural dialogue results within the academic community and beyond.
