The Central European Papers (C.E.P.), an international scientific journal is a peer reviewed scientific periodical focused on the history, politics and society of modern times in Central Europe. The Journal was founded in 2013 and is published at the Faculty of Public Policies of Silesian University in Opava (Czech Republic). The journal is published twice a year in printed and electronic versions. Contributions are published in Czech, Slovak, English, German or Polish. All articles are subject to anonymous peer review procedure; each manuscript is reviewed by two independent reviewers.
