Przegląd Historyczno-Wojskowy
"Przeglad Historyczno-Wojskowy" (PHW) - is the leading Polish journal of military history. PHW combines the traditions and numbering of the pre-war "Przeglad Historyczno-Wojskowy" published from 1929 to 1938, and to a lesser extent of the post-war "Wojskowy Przegląd Historyczny" published from 1956 to 1997. PHW realizes its mission, the primary objective of which is to promote knowledge of Polish and general military history through the publication of innovative scientific dissertations and the promotion of indigenous scientific achievements, and provides a platform for historical discussion, the publication of source materials, as well as reviews, discussions and polemics.
