The Journal of Social Economy is intended as an opportunity for promoting, reflecting upon and debating various topics in the area of social economy. The articles and studies published here reflect theoretical and practical issues, as well as instances of local, national and transnational experience. Our journal encourages innovative interdisciplinary and cross-disciplinary approaches to social economy development, connecting the theoretical views of the academic and research world with the practical outlook offered by for-profit and non-profit organizations, social enterprises and administration experts. Starting with 2014 the frequency of the journal will be semi-annual (January and August).
