Through its orientation, intentions and achievements, Review of General Management acts in accordance with its mission statement of promoting the managerial science as a synthesis of the most important theories and practices in general - societal and private - branch, reference field or social-economic entity. The review promotes concepts and their concretization in the generic field of management. The review offers a broad editorial space to studies and research devoted to the theory and practice of management in the country and abroad, taking into account the most appropriate ways of promoting national economic interests, under the conditions of rising interdependencies throughout Europe and worldwide. The review promotes, in its pages, relevant and current results of managerial research and offers the possibility of free expression of opinions, ideas and theories based on the study of the complex phenomena and processes of Romanian, European and international management, and on the objective requirements of truth and scientific possibility.
