The Pulse is a corruption-monitoring monthly, which contains information on all developments, policies, problems, issues and processes relating to corruption in Serbia and Montenegro, as well as briefly summarized results of the expert work on the design of new laws and platforms to fight corruption. It is an essential reading for all those who are or intend to become leaders in the policy to promote integrity and modern European conduct of business, public administration, and related fields. The Pulse concentrates on prominent issues that are significant for the development and regeneration of southeastern Europe, with a special focus on Serbia and Montenegro.
