The Tertium Linguistic Journal is a peer-reviewed semi-annual journal open to diverse theoretical approaches and to perspectives typical of specific modern language studies. We are interested in the research of language in communication primarily from the synchronic, broadly socio-cognitive perspective, including cognitive linguistics, linguistic pragmatics and anthropological linguistics. Submitted articles are grouped into six thematic sections: theoretical linguistics, varieties and registers of Polish, translation studies, intercultural communication, anthropological linguistics and foreign language teaching.
