Business Excellence and Management (BEMAN) is an international peer-reviewed journal founded by the Faculty of Management, the Bucharest University of Economic Studies, Romania, in December 2011.
BEMAN is issued quarterly (in March, June, September and December) in print form. It is a scholarly fully and immediately open access journal. The articles can be downloaded as full-text PDFs with free electronic access from the website of the journal.
The Business Excellence and Management journal (BEMAN) strives to publish the highest level of research relating to management. It sets out to stimulate thought and research in all aspects of management and to provide a natural forum for discussion and dissemination of research results.
BEMAN is designed to encourage interest in all matters relating to management and is intended to appeal to both the academic and professional community working in this area.
