The first number of the Titu Maiorescu University Law Review has appeared in 2002. The goal was to mark the most important scientific results of the students, doctoral students and professors from the Law Faculty, and also of the specialists in juridical field which our institution is collaborating with. The editorial board includes academics from prestigious institutions of higher education from the country and abroad. Also, in order to ensure greater international scientific visibility, beginning with VIIIth issue, the review is published in English (with some contributions in French, as Titu Maiorescu University  is member of Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie).

Hamangiu publishing house is a Romanian publishing house specialized in legal books. On March 31st, 2006, the first three print books under Hamangiu Publishing House name were released.

Since then we have published hundreds of new titles or editions, including: university courses, monographs, dictionaries and treatises, case law summaries, practical comments, legislation collections, comments and annotations of all the important codes and laws in Romania.

All these books in the legal field are addressed to legal professionals, students and to those interested in the state of laws in Romania.

Our mission is to facilitate legal documentation, so that all those interested can find the best opinions and solutions. We are ready to combine legal traditionalism with the modernism of the virtual world and offer the information that every legal professional need.

The publication was moved to Universul Juridic publishing house and newly added issues will be indexed in the new profile. 

With a vast experience in organizing international scientific events, Titu Maiorescu University launched, in 2013, a new scientific challenge by organizing the International Conference on Law, European Studies and International Relations. At the first editions, more than 700 scientific works of renowned professors, researchers and PhD students from Romania and abroad were presented. Held trilingually, in Romanian, English and French, the ten editions enjoyed the presence of over 50 professors from universities in Spain, Italy, France, Israel, Poland, Bulgaria, Morocco, Germany and India.

The volumes edited during the eight editions of the conference, produced by the Hamangiu Publishing House, were distributed to each participant, as well as to renowned Romanian law professors, as well as to university libraries. Volumes have ISBN 978-606-678642-3, ISBN 978-606-27-0020-1, ISBN 978-606-27-0222-9, ISBN 978-606-27-0607-4, ISBN 978-606-27 -0879-5, ISBN 978-606-27-1250-1, ISBN 978-606-27-1474-1, ISBN 978606-27-1595-3, and are BDI indexed. The ninth edition (2021) was published by Universul Juridic Publishing, volume having ISBN 978-606-39-0912-2, ISSN 2668-0203 and ISSN-L 2668-0203 being indexed in three international databases, CEEOL HeinOnline and EBSCO. The Tenth Edition (2022) volume is being indexed in the same three international bate bases shown above.
